Hi there! I'm Nicole - a wife, mother to 2 girls, OB/GYN Physician and Certified Integrative Health Coach. My passion is providing respectful, holistic, evidence-based care and resources to help you have a healthy birth and healthy life. I've been in practice for over 10 years and I approach birth as the normal, natural process that it is. It is a great privilege for me to help women through childbirth, and I’m so excited to share my knowledge and expertise with you during your pregnancy and childbirth journey!

Once the course is fully launched I'll be doing weekly live Q&A sessions in the course Facebook group. This will be an opportunity for you to ask any and all questions related to pregnancy and childbirth.

Bonus Lesson: Unmedicated Hospital Birth
If you'd like to have an unmedicated (a.k.a. "natural") birth, this lesson is chock-full of information to help you. You'll learn techniques to help cope with contractions, as well as 6 powerful tips to help you rock your unmedicated birth.
Bonus Lesson: I'm Past My Due Date
Your due date is an estimate. It's quite possible you will go past it, especially if it's your first baby. Learn the correct definitions for being past your due date, what the risks are of going past your due date, and what your options are once your due date is here but your baby isn't.
Bonus Lesson: Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC)
If you had a cesarean before and want a VBAC this time, this lesson covers the information you need to have your best chance for success. You'll learn the most important thing you need to do if you're considering a VBAC, the benefits and risks of VBAC, as well as evidence based recommendations for management.

Everyone who submits a completed application will be notified by email regarding whether or not they were chosen as a beta tester.
You will get access to the entire course and all the bonuses as soon as you're selected as a beta tester!
As long as you complete the 8 surveys in the specified time frame, you have LIFETIME ACCESS to the course! That means as long as I'm offering the course, you have access to it.
The surveys must be completed on or prior to the dates listed below:
Module 1 Survey: Sunday August 26th
Module 2 Survey: Sunday September 2nd
Module 3 Survey: Sunday September 9th
Module 4 Survey: Sunday September 16th
Modules 5 and 6 Surveys: Sunday September 23rd (*NOTE 2 surveys due this week*)
Final course Survey: Sunday September 30th
Post delivery Survey: link will be emailed 1 week after your due date
If you do not complete the surveys by the specified dates, you will lose access to the course and must delete any course content you downloaded.
This course is for all women who plan to give birth vaginally in a US hospital, regardless of how you choose to manage pain during your labor. There's ample information regarding all forms of pain management so you'll be well informed about your options.
The course is about 8 hours of content. In order to complete the surveys on time, you'll need to complete at least 1 or 2 modules per week.
You can go through the course at any point in pregnancy, including the final weeks of pregnancy. Anytime in your 3rd trimester is a good time to go through the course.
Absolutely! You and your partner should definitely go through the course materials, together or independently.
