As your health and wellness coach I respect that you're the expert on your life. I guide you through a process tailored to fit into your unique life. I'll help you deepen your self knowledge and use that to take action, sustain forward momentum,  and build healthy lifestyle habits that last. 

I also understand that your health is more than just physical. It includes your emotions, relationships, professional life, physical environment, and spirituality too.  With this holistic approach, as we work together you'll notice positive changes across many areas of your life.


Based On Science

I’ll help you build any new health habit you desire like eating healthier, exercising consistently, managing stress, or sleeping better. My coaching process is based on science, and backed by my over 10 years of knowledge and experience from caring for women as an ob/gyn physician.

Here’s a snapshot of the process:

Introspection → Set a SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Action oriented, Realistic, Timed) → Prepare for action → Take action and be held accountable → Gain insight and clarity → Maintain your new health habit.  


Structured To Get You Results

Because research shows that it takes on average 3 months to form a new health habit, my program takes place over the course of 3 months. It includes 7 sessions that happen about every other week (by phone or video chat, 60 minutes for the 1st session, 45 minutes for the rest) . We have check in calls between sessions and you’ll also get unlimited email support.

In addition I’ll give you a Personal Health Manual that provides the framework to help you maintain your success and apply what you’ve learned to other habits you want to develop in the future.
