Just A Few More Things....

 Sessions are about every other week. That gives you enough time to really implement the work you've done into your life and have feedback to bring to the next session. You can check in with me between sessions as often as you'd like. 


Why 3 months? Science shows it takes about 3 months to ensure new behavior change lasts.


I'm a practicing ob/gyn. However, when I'm your health and wellness coach, I am not acting as your physician (see my full disclaimer). But I do bring over 10 years of knowledge and experience from caring for women to our coaching relationship.


I also offer single 75 minute sessions ($175). These don't get the same level of results as my signature program, but I can definitely help you make progress on developing healthy lifestyle habits.


Sessions Structure

If you're a detail oriented person like I am, here's how we work together to help you develop healthy habits that last. Each session is personalized within this framework to meet your unique needs.

(Introspection) - We create a safe space for you to learn and grow. We’ll explore in detail your health vision and values and your current state of health. You'll have a crystal clear picture of what you want for your health and the things you value.
(Introspection) - We delve into your readiness to change, how important change is for you and why, and how confident you are that you can do it. You'll finish this session confident in your ability to change and you'll understand your unique strengths that you can draw upon going forward.
(Set A SMART Goal, Get Prepared for Action) - I help you set a Specific, Measurable, Action oriented, Realistic, and Timed (SMART) goal. I make sure you have planned appropriately and are well prepared to execute. We also establish how you'll hold yourself accountable for making progress. You leave this session primed to take action and succeed!
(Take Action, Be Accountable, Gain Insight and Clarity) - We maximize your learning and progress by acknowledging your accomplishments and the impact on your life. We examine your successes, and take a close look at any setbacks. After this session you'll really understand exactly what works (and what doesn't), so you can consistently be successful going forward.
(Take Action, Be Accountable, Gain Insight and Clarity) - We go deeper and build upon the work you've done since our last session. You'll gain even more insight into how to achieve and maintain your healthy habit. I'll make sure you stay accountable for making forward progress.
(Take Action, Be Accountable, Gain Insight and Clarity) - We continue to go deep and build upon the work you've done since our last session. By the end of this session you'll have a thorough understanding of how to make your new habit a regular part of your life.
(Maintenance) - We reflect on where you started, how far you’ve come, what you’re proud of, the impact your success has had on your life and how you will celebrate! You’ll finish this session with a system in place to support your continued success after our coaching has ended.
